My Personal History:
Prior to returning to residential real estate, Terrill was an investment media broker with Norman Fischer & Associates, Inc., where he brokered over $75,000,000 in radio stations from 1996-2000. He is an experienced negotiator and facilitator and teaches negotiation strategies to corporations. He has been involved in hundreds of intense business negotiations, from multi-million-dollar radio station groups to single family homes. He knows what to do to protect your best interests in a tough negotiation. Terrill also has been a real estate investor and has bought and sold rental property throughout the Austin area.Terrill and his wife Loretta have been residents of Tarrytown for over 10 years and are members of the West Austin Neighborhood Group. In Terrill’s spare time he can be seen doing stand-up and improvisational comedy around Austin. He was even the Runner-Up in the Funniest Person in Austin Contest back in 1999. Currently he doesn improvisational comedy shows monthly at the Hideout Theatre with his troupe, $10 Bourbon and Wooden Nickel.
