		<description>Terrill, I was reading your blog about the recent jump in foreclosures. The guy that wrote that didn’t know that February spiked because Jan 1, a holiday, was the 1st Tuesday in January (the day the foreclosures are announced).  Due to the holiday, there were NONE for January, so they all rolled over to February.
