Austin Real Estate Scene

CNN ran a story about how Austin is “Haven for the healthy, paradise for the party crowd”. I always thought of it as a fun party town and a good place to exercise. There are lots of running trails, especially around Town Lake and there are tons for people who love to bike around the city. Mostly due to Lance Armstong who lives in a dream home in central Austin.
