As you may know Mueller Austin is about to take off in 2007. The year ahead will be a momentous one for Mueller, Austin’s new urban village in the heart of the city. The fast pace of Mueller’s progress kicks off in early 2007 with our announcement of the builders who will create the first homes for sale in the new community.

This first phase of Mueller housing will feature more than 300 yard, row and garden homes, including the first residences in Mueller’s extensive Affordable Homes program. The builder announcement in early 2007 will include more details on price ranges and preliminary elevation drawings of Mueller’s new homes, all of which will feature the design quality and community spirit of Mueller’s award-winning master plan.

Additionally, look forward to the opening of Mueller Central, the on-site information hub of the urban village, early next year. Mueller Central will be the place to go to get a hands-on sense of all the amazing things taking shape as the old airport becomes a new Austin treasure. In the meantime, site preparation for the first phase of residential is underway. Home construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2007, sales will commence in spring 2007 and occupancy will begin in late 2007/early 2008.
