Finally builders are starting to design homes with the Women in mind. I can’t believe they waited this long for it. I read a recent article from NAR entitled, What Women Want in Homes. The big thing is to design a separate work space or home office for the lady of the house because most likely they manage a small full time or part time business out of the house. They want their own space and are finally getting it. Good move builders! It’s time they start paying attention to what the women want because that’s what will create the emotional appeal to buying their homes.
